The First Fight (TFF)

It's your first fight and you think it's the end of the world. You've both said some pretty harsh things that now you wish you hadn't said. Like how much you hated them and wish that you never met them. It's like you broke up and now you're ruined.
But friendships are like on and off again relationships. You break up and then you make up. Prepare yourselves for these fights because they will continue. It's not healthy if you don't fight.

Here's some tips to help you get through the catastrophes:

1) Don't run away from your problems and avoid your friend. If you're mad and afraid you might say something you might regret tell your friend to give you time to cool off.
2) Once you've had time to cool down tell them what's on your mind and what upset you. But don't interrupt one another. Let each other take their time to talk, you'll get the chance to say what you have to say.
3) Let the past be the past. Once you've gotten past it don't bring it up again because your friendship will    then never be the same.
